Living in India long years for mastering in these fields, he became a worldly-renowened guru in Ayurveda and yoga, organizing seminars worldwide. He will give the most comprehensive of his lectures at CVK Park Bosphorus DOSHA WEEKEND, which will also be his very first trip to Turkey. Yogi Cameron will be teaching Ayurvedic Yoga for Dosha balance, yoga as daily activity, ayurvedic anti-aging yoga and anti-aging nutrition apecial to your body type.

Tılsım Demirdöken, Turkey Coordinator of International Breathwork Foundation, will be teaching about the importance of breath and how to breath correctly; a subject which is more recognized every day. Benefits of oxygen to the body and mind, mental and emotional level, self-analysis of breath, applied meditation and arriving to one's centre with meditation are the subjects to be covered at the seminar.
