Aiming to review and improve the system continuously in accordance with the legal requirements,

Performing production in accordance with ISO 22000:2005 standards, ensuring effective implementation, update and continuous development of food safety system,

Rendering service in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standard, ensuring effective implementation, update and continuous development of this system,

Keeping guest satisfaction at utmost level pursuant to ISO 10002:2014 standard, responding to suggestions and complaints promptly.

Ensuring full compliance with occupational health and safety in accordance with ISO 45001:2018 standard, preventing injuries and impairment of health, minimizing the risks and ensuring continuous development of the system,

Minimizing the wastes and ensuring separation and recycling of the produced wastes to minimize pollution by adopting an environmental management system which develops continuously in accordance with ISO 14001:2015 standard, ensuring exchange of information with any private and official authorities when requested, ensuring possible savings in power, water, natural gas and other utilities, supporting activities regarding power saving and ensuring continuous development of the system,

Offering a high quality service understanding by prioritizing safety and accuracy,

Placing required importance to information flow and coordination in the company.
